Digital Delivery / No Shipping Policy

Lexora Business Academy sells digital products only. No physical product will be shipped.

After purchase, customers may receive access to their digital product by email, download link, customer account access, or another digital delivery method used by the store.

Because our products are digital downloads, shipping charges do not apply unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct email address during checkout so they can receive order confirmation, download access, and support communication.

If a customer does not receive a download link or cannot access the purchased file, they should check their email inbox, spam folder, promotions folder, and customer account if available.

If the file is still not accessible, customers should contact support for download help.

Digital delivery times may vary depending on checkout processing, payment approval, email delivery, app settings, or technical issues.
