Refund & Download Support Policy
Lexora Business Academy sells digital products only. Because digital files can be downloaded, opened, copied, or accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered or accessed.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, misunderstanding of the product type, lack of time to use the product, or purchasing a digital product expecting a physical item.
Before purchasing, customers are responsible for reading the product title, description, file format, included materials, usage terms, and important notes.
If there is a technical issue with a download link, missing file, incorrect file, corrupted file, or access problem, customers should contact support so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
If a file delivery problem is confirmed, we may resend the file, provide a corrected download link, replace the file, or take another reasonable support action.
A refund may be considered only in limited situations where a confirmed technical issue cannot be resolved, or where Lexora Business Academy determines that a refund is appropriate.
Digital products are educational resources only. Purchasing a product does not guarantee business success, sales, profit, financing, licensing approval, advertising results, customer growth, or any specific outcome.
