Digital Product Policy
Lexora Business Academy sells digital education products only. No physical product will be shipped.
After purchase, customers may receive access by download link, email delivery, customer account access, or another digital delivery method used by the store.
Our products may include PDFs, fillable PDFs, worksheets, checklists, Excel files, PowerPoint files, guides, templates, or bundled digital resources. The exact file format is listed in each product description.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description before purchasing to understand what is included, what format is provided, and how the product may be used.
Digital products are for the buyer’s personal use or internal business use only. Products may not be resold, shared, copied, uploaded, redistributed, edited for resale, or used to create competing products.
Because digital files can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once the file is delivered or accessed.
If a customer has a download issue, missing file, incorrect file, or technical problem, they should contact support so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
