License & Usage Terms
Lexora Business Academy digital products are sold with a limited personal and internal business-use license.
When a customer purchases a product, they receive permission to download and use the product for their own learning, planning, organization, or internal business use.
Customers may use the purchased files for their own business planning, employee training, manager education, business organization, pricing practice, marketing planning, financial tracking, or operational preparation, depending on the product.
Customers may not resell, share, upload, copy, redistribute, give away, publish, or transfer Lexora Business Academy files to another person, business, website, platform, marketplace, or digital store.
Customers may not use Lexora Business Academy products to create competing products, template stores, digital product bundles, resale files, online courses, paid downloads, memberships, or commercial educational products.
Customers may not remove Lexora Business Academy branding, copyright notices, disclaimers, or usage terms for the purpose of resale or redistribution.
One purchase is for one buyer or one business only, unless a product description clearly states otherwise.
All product content, structure, design, wording, examples, worksheets, guides, and digital files remain the intellectual property of Lexora Business Academy or its owner.
Unauthorized sharing, resale, copying, or redistribution is not allowed.
If a customer needs permission for team use, training use, or a larger business use case, they should contact support before using the product outside the standard license.
