Support & Download Help
Lexora Business Academy wants customers to receive the digital products they purchased and be able to access their files properly.
After purchase, customers should check their order confirmation email, download email, spam folder, promotions folder, and customer account if available.
If a download link is missing, expired, not working, or if the wrong file was received, customers should contact support for help.
When contacting support, please include:
Order number
Name used on the order
Email address used at checkout
Product name
Short explanation of the issue
Screenshot of the problem, if possible
Common support issues may include missing download links, file access problems, incorrect files, duplicate order questions, corrupted files, or difficulty opening a file.
If the problem is confirmed, Lexora Business Academy may resend the file, provide a corrected download link, replace the file, or give reasonable support to resolve the issue.
Support does not include business consulting, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, marketing management, file customization, or one-on-one business setup unless a product or service clearly states otherwise.
