Customers are responsible for making sure they have the correct device, software, app, or program needed to open and use the purchased files.
Some files may work best on a computer, tablet, or device with updated PDF, spreadsheet, or presentation software.
Fillable PDFs may require a compatible PDF reader. Excel files may require Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, or another compatible spreadsheet program. PowerPoint files may require Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Apple Keynote, or another compatible presentation program.
